We need an exceptional director of professional services to meet our customer needs in the US. Foremost you are an inspiring technical leader with a passion for software services and a deep understanding of solution development and support processes. This is both a customer management and technical management position where you will manage a team of 50 talented engineers working on various projects including Enterprise Migration and support, for enterprise Data Centers,. Teams are geographically distributed, with developers in US, and Coimbatore, India.

Skill Set Requirements

• Bachelors Degree, MBA preferred
• 12+ years of experience in which 5+ years Managing/Leading Professional Services and Consulting with international customers
• Experience in managing large international enterprise customers and responding to RFPs
• PMP Certification preferred
• Technology skills to include – Linux, HP-UX, Oracle Database Management. Knowledge in storage preferred
• Passionate and hungry to build your own team

 

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Professional Services and Consulting – Migration Services
• Work with the US marketing team in pre-sales and responding to RFPs
• Responsible for P and L and meeting revenue goals
• Coordinate all projects with our headquarters and customers in USA
• Lead, Plan, Hire employees of team size ~50
• Oversee and manage customer relations including customer visits in USA
