RESPONSIBILITIES

You will have delegated responsibility for identifying, screening and selecting technical candidates as per Organization's requirements. In order to succeed in this position, you must be able to understand the Organization's technical needs, and communicate these with senior members of our existing professional staff and Company Management. You will demonstrate energy, methodical and efficient organisation working practices. You will be expected to recognize Company, Clients' and operational priorities.


Tasks will include but not be limited to:


CANDIDATE PROFILE

Degree educated, in Engineering or Human Resources. Experienced in the IT Industry, with proven knowledge of the search and selection activities in the targeted sectors.
