How and When refunds are Processed
At ViSolve, we take great pride in providing the best solutions available. We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances change business strategies and you may no longer have a need for our services. Please note that we pride ourselves on our customer service dedication to solving any problems you might be having with your agreement and answering any and all of your questions.
We will refund your purchase in full within 30 days of purchase less any expense incurred by ViSolve in processing your transaction and the efforts spent by ViSolve engineers.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your request and we will issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 to 10 business days of your refund approval date.
