Pricing Plans
ViSolve's Technical Consulting, Development and Support Services are available in three different Plans -
- Hourly Support (Incident-Based)
- Monthly Support
- Yearly Support
All three plans differ in the degree of responsiveness, flexibility and the support access mechanism.
Purchase Process
1) Select the appropriate Plan Type, Duration, Engineers to arrive at a cost estimate
2) Click 'Buy Support'
3) Enter your account details. (For first time user, click 'register' link to create an account. User registration is simple and takes only 2 minutes)
4) Once account details are entered, click 'Sign In'
Pricing Calculation
The rest of the procedure will be obvious from here on. Once the transaction is complete, You'll receive a payment acknowledgement email from our payment gateway provider - Authorize.net
ViSolve will assign a dedicated manager to represent each and every customer account and will be single point of contact for all interactions between the customer and the technical team.
