Sena Palanisami    -  CEO

Sena Palanisami has more than twenty years of experience in software product development, founding international software R&D operations, managing partners and customers.

Sena founded the ViSolve Indian operation in 1995 and the US operation in 1998. He assumed the responsibility of chairman and CEO of ViSolve in 2001. In that role, Sena  drives the overall direction of the company and oversees  the company's operation, administrative, finance, sales  and marketing functions. During his leadership at ViSolve, he has grown ViSolve into a 50+ strong team and a multimillion dollar operation.
 
Prior to joining ViSolve, Sena worked for nearly 20 years at  Hewlett-Packard Company. During his tenure at HP, Sena started as a software development engineer, and went on to manage several assignments in Development, Operations, Advanced Product  Planning, Business Development and Customer Support including founding International software   operations for HP.

Sena holds a Master's degree in mathematics, and has a Master's in Computer Science from the University of  Minnesota in Minneapolis.

Madhav Vaidyanathan - Head Engineering

Madhav Vaidyanathan heads the engineering and guides the R&D team for ViSolve.

Madhav started his career at ViSolve working on Squid performance and Linux internals. He is the primary author of the ViCompress, a compression algorithm integrated with caching in our HTTP proxy server. In addition, Madhav has a broad range of hands-on expertise with open source products, specifically on database, directory, networking, security, and J2EE-enabling products. Madhav represents a strong combination of skills in product development and end-user support, for both HP-UX and Linux. He has solved numerous customer issues with open source products.

Madhav holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in 2001 from the University of California at Berkeley.

Radha Chinnasamy - VP - Finance & Operations

Radha is responsible for Financial Operations at ViSolve. She holds a Masters degree in Accounting and Finance. She started her career at ViSolve and has worked closely with senior management to help the company meet and exceed the financial expectations for more than five years. She is responsible for ViSolve's worldwide finance organization, including accounting and reporting, strategic planning, treasury, tax, audit and investor relations. She takes care of the Indian operations including finance, accounting and logistics management. She is known for her accurate cost estimation and intelligent investment strategies.

Deepa Moorthy - HR

Deepa is responsible for HR Operations at ViSolve. She holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE - Gold Medalist) and a Masters degree in Business Administration (HR). She is primarily responsible for recruitments / resourcing, selection, retention and employee motivation including training. She demonstrated leadership abilities with a vision to drive the function and enhance business performance through appropriate advice and facilitation of talent acquisition strategies and processes. She has created an organizational image which would help in attracting, recruiting and retaining the best talent. She has outstanding ideas and plans to enact improvements to align resourcing strategies with the organization's vision and business needs.

Loganathan Rangasamy - Chief Technology Officer

Loganathan leads ViSolve's complete Solutions and Services division. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications. He started his career as a Software Engineer and has successfully managed multiple projects for more than 5 years and has outstanding track record in dealing with International customers and solving the most complex issues in web proxy caching (Squid). He is responsible for driving value-added engineering and SCM appliance development. He has an unrelenting passion towards open source community and is been a keen observer/contributor of the same.

Selvi Palanisamy - Manager Research & Development

Selvi Palanisamy is in-charge of ViSolve's entire Research&Development initiatives. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. She started her career as a Software Engineer and has gradually strode her way up the ladder. She spearheads ViSolve's IP-based product development projects and technological innovations. She played a pivoted role in developing various IP products including her most recent achievement of delivering ViContentFilter - A dynamic content filtering product. Most of her success can be bestowed on her sincere work ethics coupled with hard work and her professional team management skills.

Karthick Gunasekaran - Business Development & Marketing

Karthick Gunasekaran is responsible for Worldwide Sales, Marketing and Business Development. He holds a Master degree in Software Engineering. He started his career as a Software Engineer and found keen interest in Marketing and Business Development. He is a result-oriented individual who has taken ViSolve's marketing strategy to the next level. He is responsible for driving the phenomenal sales growth that resulted in the recent and very successful acquisition of global customers. He continues to explore current market trends, industry research, demand/supply gap analysis and product comparisons. He is responsible for corporate communication and overall customer interaction.
