Sena Palanisami – Founder and CEO
Sena Palanisami has more than twenty five years of experience in software product development, founding international software R&D operations, managing partners and customers.
Sena founded the ViSolve Indian operation in 1995 and the US operation in 1998. He assumed the responsibility of chairman and CEO of ViSolve in 2001. In that role, Sena drives the overall direction of the company and oversees the company's operation, administrative, finance, sales and marketing functions. During his leadership at ViSolve, he has grown ViSolve into a 50+ strong team and a multimillion dollar operation.
Sena's enthusiasm, entrepreneurial instincts, strategic thinking and commitment to the vision of information technology enabling "better healthcare any time from anywhere in the world" has driven ViSolve to provide customized and interoperable services and solutions that help communities to reduce healthcare costs, improve efficiency and care. He is also the Board Member of one of the most popular Open Source based EHR Community and active member of HIMSS.
Prior to joining ViSolve, Sena worked for nearly 20 years at Hewlett-Packard Company. During his tenure at HP, Sena started as a software development engineer, and went on to manage several assignments in Development, Operations, Advanced Product Planning, Business Development and Customer Support including founding International software operations for HP.
Sena holds a Master's degree in mathematics, and has a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
Manoj Mittal - Chief Strategy Advisor and Executive Board Member
Manoj, a charismatic and inspiring leader with his unique business acumen drives the strategy for Business Operations critical to ViSolve Healthcare IT vision.
He is also an Executive Board Member of ViSolve Healthcare IT. He brings more than 20 years of high technology experience in the areas of software development, project management, corporate development and strategy. He is currently heading the Business Development effort at Gartner and is responsible for Corporate Development and Competitive Intelligence functions.
Prior to this, he was a Director in the Strategy and Corporate Development group at HP where he led key projects in Digital Entertainment and Digital Publishing resulting in strategic acquisitions. Before that, he worked at a variety of startups in the Bay Area, including Troba and Open Solutions, where he was a senior executive covering roles in the areas of Enterprise Services and Business Development. Manoj also has Wall Street experience as an equity analyst at Robertson Stephens, covering the Internet/Information Services Sector. He started his career at HP as a technology consultant and software architect, providing product technical expertise to clients and led several high-technology development projects.
Manoj earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Indian Institute of Technology, a Master of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Al Morgan – Director - Sales
Al Morgan has 25 years of enterprise in computer marketing and services experience, including 14 years with Hewlett-Packard. His area of focus is delivering channel solution programs to assist resellers with targeting, selling and closing migration business. Al brings together a solid understanding of reseller needs, and the mechanics of migration services.
For the past Five years, Al has worked as a lead consultant for Porter Consulting and the Aventi Group. Program areas have included business intelligence, Oracle data warehousing, SAP migration, and RISC migration from distributed servers to converged infrastructure. In this role, Al has worked closely with many of the largest North American computer resellers and distributors.
While at HP, Al managed alliances and alliance-based programs with companies such as Cognos (now part of IBM), Oracle, and Sprint.
Al holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis.
Radha Chinnasamy – VP - Finance & Operations
Radha is responsible for Financial Operations at ViSolve. She holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance. She started her career at ViSolve and has worked closely with senior management to help the company meet and exceed the financial expectations for more than five years. She is responsible for ViSolve's worldwide finance organization, including accounting and reporting, strategic planning, treasury, tax, audit and investor relations. She takes care of the Indian operations including finance, accounting and logistics management. She is known for her accurate cost estimation and intelligent investment strategies.
Selvi Nandakumar – Manager - Health IT Services & Product Development
Selvi brings with her more than eight years of experience in Product Development, Project Management and Healthcare IT Consulting. Selvi was instrumental in developing various point various point solutions that include web caching and URL filtering solutions.
She gradually strode up the ladder from being a development engineer to currently spearheading ViSolve's technical operations. She has been an integral part of several mission critical assignments in Healthcare Integration, Customized EHR Deployments and Meaningful Use Certification.
Selvi is an active member HIMSS, HIT, Health 2.0, HL7 and DICOM Associations and Forums and has remarkable exposure to Healthcare Standards, Terminologies and Technologies. She has made significant Technical Contributions to one of the most popular OpenSource EHR Community. In addition to being an incredible taskmaster and team-leader, she is best known for her application of Industry best practices and the drive to go the extra mile in client engagements.
Selvi holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering. Selvi loves gardening, yoga and actively volunteers Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives.
Loganathan Rangasamy – Tech Lead - Systems
Loganathan has been associated with ViSolve for more than 10 years and has got exceptional systems background along with his superlative programming skills. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications. He has an unrelenting passion towards open source community and has been a keen observer/contributor of the same. He is instrumental is developing WCCP protocol for Squid caching proxy.
He is currently in-charge of maintaining and supporting HP's converged infrastructure solution center all over the world and has in-depth expertise in areas like Virtualization, System Security, Networking and Data Center Management tools.
Renuka Baboo – Manager - Business Development
Renuka leads the business development operations of ViSolve Healthcare IT division focusing on growing and expanding business, driving value in key strategic relationships and priority corporate initiatives.
Adept at Market Research, she equips the Core Team with Competitive Intelligence that influences strategic decisions of the business. Her experience shows in her ability to efficiently drive the Brand Building efforts and to drive additional value through various channel partners.
Renuka possesses excellent understanding of the Healthcare Domain, Technologies, evolving Standards and multitude of Healthcare Information Solutions. She is an active member of HIMSS and other prominent healthcare IT related associations. Her previous experiences include roles in various capabilities of Business Operations with a couple of Fortune 100 Organizations. In addition to being a visionary, her distinct professional attributes are best defined by her unconventional thinking; never say die attitude and passion towards the role.
Renuka holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration. An avid Basketball Player, she also enjoys creative and performing arts and takes keen interest in motivational speeches.
