Sales & Business Development Executive (JobCode : ViSBDE)

With our Global experience, we are now expanding our services into the domestic market and we are currently seeking energetic Business Development & Sales Professionals who can create targets and beat the targets, thereby helping us to build our domestic business.


Skill Set & Experience Needed:
  • MBA (preferably) with 70% and above academic record throughout the educational career
  • Minimum 2 years experience in IT Business Development & Sales.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal communication skills, excellent presentation skills, Networking skills and Cold calling skills.
  • Knowledge on OpenSource Solutions and Services can be a plus.
  • Sound knowledge on business landscape, current trends and market segmentation
  • Should possess a long-term goal, passion and commitment and the drive to make a difference
Job Requirements:
  • Will have to create, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Domestic Market. Also Prospect, identify, and contact potential customers to accurately assess customer needs relative to the characteristics of their business.
  • Meet and exceed periodically targeted revenue and profitability goals.
  • Develop client relationships at the top level; sell open source based solutions, services or applications.
  • Devise Account development strategies, business road map, program planning, go-to-market initiatives and brand building strategies for business visibility and development.
  • Liaise with customer, marketing and R & D team
  • A proven track record preferably in IT sales in to the Software, Finance, HealthCare Industry.
Current Projects:

ViSolve develops and supports numerous middleware open source products on Linux and HP-UX specifically in the areas of security, database, web applications and mission critical business intelligence applications for the global market. Some of the current projects are:

  • Projects that help to eliminate License Costs for Customers through deployment of OpenSource Solutions (Example: Terminal Server, Desktop Applications)
  • Web Caching Proxy (Squid) Development, Deployment and 7x24 support
  • EMR/EHR Product Development with Open Source Components
  • Next Generation Data Center Consolidation and Optimization
  • Business Intelligence Applications for Executive Decision Making
  • Open Source Code Auditing against Proprietary Source Code Violation - OSC (Open Source console) Product development including Performance Tuning and QA
